After 40 years in retail and 25 unforgettable years as proud owners Easy Living Footwear we have decided that its time for a new chapter in our lives. With a smile and a tear, we announce that we will be closing the Bathurst store and we will soon be enjoying our well-deserved retirement.

Our decision to retire is not an easy one. It was a choice that we made with care, and that is supported by the beautiful memories and the satisfaction that we have experienced over the years.

It all started in Bathurst at the Anglican Warshaw Hall in 2000 selling nurses shoes which we were wholesaling throughout Australia. We then opened a full retail store in William Street plus many other stores throughout NSW. Over the past year you would have seen the sale or closure of all the other stores with Bathurst the only remaining.

Its hard to believe how quickly time has passed. Over the years we have built our company with passion and dedication, together with you, our valued customers and our great team of staff. From the first moment we opened our doors, until today, we have always felt supported by you and the whole community. Your trust and loyalty have motivated us time and again to offer you the best product and service. 

But as they say, there comes a time to take the next step. For us, that moment has come and we are looking forward to a quieter life on our farm enjoying the cows, gardening and the simple things in life.

Now, as we say our goodbyes, we’re inviting you to our “End of an Era” Sale.  Everything must go and believe me there is a lot of great stock. Its time now to stock up on all your favourite brands that won’t be available locally in the future - the entire range is going for unprecedented prices. 

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for your support, loyalty and the beautiful memories you have given us. Thanks to you and our wonderful staff our retail journey was possible. We will never forget you.
